Several important achievements in the 2015-2017 Collective Employment Agreement (PKB), among others: there will be increased attention by the company on work life balance thru addition of annual leave over the normative stipulation of the manpower law. This Collective Employment Agreement (PKB) also regulates more clearly the rights of the employees in connection with the forthcoming expiration of the Mahakam Block on 31 December 2017, then safety aspects, enforcement of organizational rights, and common commitment to support professional business ethics and avoid conflict of interest.
